Doppelt gesperrte und entlüftete Kugelhähne

Doppelte Absperr- und Entlüftungsventile sind platzsparende Ventile, die den Bedarf an großen und komplizierten Mehrventilsystemen überflüssig machen.

Die BuTech-Nadelventile mit Doppelblock und Entlüftung (N-N-N) sind für Drücke bis zu 4137 bar (60.000 PSI) bei 22°C (72°F) und unsere Kugelventile mit Doppelblock und Entlüftung (B-N-B) für Drücke bis zu 1034 bar (15.000 PSI) bei 22°C (72oF) ausgelegt.

Diese Ventile werden in erster Linie aus Edelstahl 316 hergestellt; sie können jedoch auch aus anderen maschinell bearbeitbaren Legierungen mit speziellen Dichtungswerkstoffen gefertigt werden, um Ihre spezifischen Anforderungen zu erfüllen.

Vorteile von doppelten Absperr- und Entlüftungsventilen:

Double Block and Bleed Valves are space- saving valves that eliminate the need for large and complicated multi-valve process instrumentation control panels. BuTech Double Block and Bleed Valves combine two isolating ball valves and a central needle bleed valve into one compact manifold for use in isolation, pressure and flow control systems:

Floating Ball Style Double Block and Bleed Valves

Floating ball double block and bleed valves offer a full port, each ball valve is quarter turn with built in stops, and is rated up to 15,000 PSI. In addition to our standard valves, BuTech can develop custom solutions.

Trunnion Style Double Block and Bleed Valves

Trunnion ball valves and trunnion needle valves styles offer a full port, each ball valve is quarter turn with built in stops, and is rated up to 10,000 PSI.

The Benefits of BuTech Double Block and Bleed valves are minimized leakage points, reduced installation costs and maintenance requirements, as the valves allow sections of a piping system to be isolated for maintenance, with a drain valve between them, ensuring that unwanted pressure does not get into the section being that is being serviced.

The valve is configurable to connect up to most sizes of tubing with all connection styles. These Valves are primarily made from 316 stainless steel; however, they can be machined from other machinable alloys to meet your specific needs.
